About the Performers
During this performance, YOSHIKI himself will walk through the audience seating area.When he does, please do not stand up or leave your seat, as this may inconvenience other guests. Please also refrain from firmly grabbing his hand or pulling on him, as this could affect the performance.We ask for your cooperation so that YOSHIKI can approach you and other guests safely and comfortably.
Regarding the Purchase, Transfer, or Resale of Tickets for Profit
Purchasing tickets for profit, and transferring or reselling tickets, is strictly prohibited.Resold tickets are invalid, and if unauthorized resale is discovered, admission will be denied.We may confirm your identity at reception and inside the venue, so please bring valid photo identification (driver's license, passport, My Number card, employee ID, student ID, residence card, etc.). Copies or photos of identification documents will not be accepted. If unauthorized resale is confirmed, you will be asked to leave the venue, and ticket fees will not be refunded.In addition, guests with VVIP Diamond Package and VIP Premium Package tickets will be required to verify their identity on the day of the event. Regarding Ticket Purchases by Minors

Regarding Admission
• Doors may open later than the scheduled time due to venue setup. Thank you for your understanding.
• Admission is still possible if you arrive after doors open or after the show has started. Please follow staff instructions upon entry. *Please note that course meal service will be affected depending on your arrival time, as follows:
• If you arrive before dessert is served: after confirming with you, we will serve everything from the appetizer through the main course together, as you prefer.
• If you arrive after dessert is served: only dessert and coffee/tea will be served.
• If you arrive after the show has started: only drinks will be served.
Guests Using Wheelchairs
If you plan to attend using a wheelchair or bringing a service animal, please contact the Grand Hyatt Tokyo in advance.
Guests with Food Allergies
If you have food allergies, please inform the Grand Hyatt Tokyo of the details in advance so your meal can be served smoothly. Please be sure to let them know beforehand.

We are unable to accept food, beverages, or hazardous items as gifts. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding Standing Flower Arrangements
We are not accepting standing flower arrangements or bouquet arrangements from general guests.Any that arrive at the venue will be declined. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Regarding the Cloakroom
Please use the cloakroom to check any belongings at the venue.
Regarding the Changing Area
• A free changing room on the 4th floor banquet space is available to all guests.
• The changing room is available from 8:00 AM until after the show ends; however, since its lockers cannot be used, please check any belongings at the cloakroom next to the 3rd floor dinner show venue.*The cloakroom opens at 10:30 AM (4:00 PM on the 27th only).
Regarding Leaving Mid-Show
You are welcome to step out partway through the show for personal reasons. Re-entry is possible after your wristband is checked.
Regarding Merchandise
Guests without a performance ticket may also purchase merchandise on the day of the event.
Regarding Bringing Fan Support Items into the Venue
You may bring fan support items into the venue. Please avoid items that are excessively large, emit strong light, or make noise, as these may disturb other guests' viewing experience — staff may hold such items if needed.Please use fan support items at chest height during the performance. Raising them above head height or other behavior that may inconvenience other guests is not permitted. We ask that you enjoy the show while following these rules.
Regarding Recording
Recording cameras will be present throughout the venue, including in the audience seating area. Recorded footage and photos may be broadcast, streamed, reproduced, or distributed. Thank you for your understanding in advance.Regarding Parking
• Parking at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo (P-3 parking) is free for up to 4 hours.A stamp for 4 hours of free parking will be applied to your parking ticket at the 3rd floor cloakroom, so please be sure to stop by.For use beyond 4 hours, the rate is ¥350 per 10 minutes.

Regarding Disruptive Behavior
• Guests who shout loudly or otherwise disturb other guests during the meal or performance, who do not follow staff instructions, or who are visibly intoxicated will be asked to leave the venue. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded. We also ask that any accidents, incidents, or injuries occurring inside or outside the venue be resolved directly between the parties involved.
• Please set mobile phones and smartphones to silent mode during the performance.
• Any "arrival watching," "departure watching," "ambushing," or "following" of performers is strictly prohibited.
• Video and photography of the footage shown on the on-stage screen is prohibited.
• If the above notices are not observed, the performance may be interrupted or you may be asked to leave, without refund. Guests engaging in disruptive behavior of any kind, whether listed above or not, may also be denied entry or asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding Photography with Smartphones/Mobile Phones
Photography and video recording are permitted using smartphones and mobile phones only. However, extended recording is not allowed. Please also check your camera's flash settings in advance, as flash photography can interfere with the performance.Cameras other than built-in smartphone cameras (such as large DSLR cameras or those with telephoto lenses) are not permitted, nor are tripods, selfie sticks, or other devices used to mount a smartphone or extend it above head height.

Regarding Performance Cancellation
Performances that have already been announced may be canceled due to instructions or requests from government or municipal authorities, weather, disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. If a performance is canceled, an announcement will be made via the official website and social media.
Regarding Ticket Refunds
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded except in the case of performance cancellation. If a performance is canceled, refund information will be announced via the official website and social media. Please note that even in the case of a change or cancellation of the performance, expenses related to attendance (such as transportation or accommodation) will not be compensated for any reason. Except in the case of performance cancellation, tickets cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded for any reason, including personal circumstances, illness, or injury.
Disclaimer
The organizer assumes no responsibility for accidents, theft, or other trouble arising from guests' actions inside or outside the venue. If similar actions result in accidents or injury to a third party, the parties involved must resolve the matter themselves; the organizer will not be involved in mediation or dispute resolution.

Merchandise Notices
Merchandise Corner Information On the day of the event, merchandise corners will be divided into "Official Goods," "YOSHIKIMONO," and "Y by YOSHIKI." Available hours are as follows:
• 27th: VIP guests, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 27th: General ticket guests, 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• 28th–30th, VVIP/VIP guests:
– Breakfast Show VIP: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
– Dinner Show VVIP/VIP: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 28th–30th, general ticket guests:
- Breakfast Show: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Dinner Show: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
*Final sales time is tied to the Dinner Show start time and may shift earlier or later.
Guests without a performance ticket may also use the merchandise corner, but only from the start of dining until the performance begins.
